This flat is in the upper part of the owners large dormer bungalow. It has a separate entrance up an outside stairway, so is not suitable for disabled or infirm people. The house backs onto the forest and has beautiful views of the Conwy Valley. Pubs, restaurants and shops in Trefriw village ½ mile away. The market town of Llanrwst is 2 miles away, and the village of Betws-y-Coed is 5 miles away.
